Terms of Service
These terms may be updated at any time.
1. Warranty
The warranty duration is specified on each account's page. You are entitled to a refund on your site wallet within the specified period where cases of "issues beyond your control" occur.
- Deleting email evidence or providing false information → Warranty Void
- If you receive a ban or lock on the account by your own actions → Warranty Void
- Using accounts for cheating (Cheating is allowed, but warranty does not apply) → Warranty Void
- Contacting the game platform before contacting us about an issue → Warranty Void
- After changing account details, the warranty only covers account recovery with proof. Any issues must be reported before changing any data.
2. General Terms
- Any notices on accounts also apply to these terms.
- If you change an account's email to your own, we may reject warranty claims if you cannot provide sufficient evidence, as we cannot verify data after this change.
- We do not accept account returns because you no longer want it or claim to have purchased it by accident.
- We are not responsible for any game progress lost under any circumstances.
- If your PC cannot meet the game requirements, this is not our responsibility (Check the game's requirements if you have a low-end PC before buying).
- We only sell games for PC.
- No warranty is provided for account alerts or locks; these are caused by user actions.
- No warranty is provided for region-related issues. The region is clearly stated beforehand, and the purchase is made at your own discretion.
- You may resell accounts. (If your customer breaches any of our terms, it is your responsibility).
- Deposited balances are non-refundable.
- No in-game items are guaranteed, even if transactions are visible.
- We may need access to the original email provided with the account.
- If you are purchasing an account with games from other platforms, it is your responsibility to ask beforehand if there are linked accounts for that game.
- If the account has a "Get email password" option and you use the "Get email code" to change the account email, the warranty will be void.
- Attempting to deceive us for a replacement may result in the account being reclaimed without compensation. Please do not attempt to deceive us.
Using Multiple Accounts
When using multiple accounts, it is recommended to use a VPN and separate cookies for each account, as using many accounts may flag you as suspicious. This is irrelevant if you are only using a few accounts.
