Can the account be recovered?
Yes, it's possible. There is a warranty specified for this on the account. Recovery is not guaranteed; it's based on luck. However, you can buy a safer account to increase your chances.
How can I get a safe account?
The more inactive an account is, the lower the chance of recovery. Most accounts have a 'Last Activity' date listed, so you can judge for yourself.
How often are accounts restocked?
Accounts are restocked throughout the day and automatically uploaded to the site. There is no set schedule; by default, you can see all the newest accounts.
What are account links/connections?
Some games on other platforms have linked accounts that may be required to play. For games from external platforms, it is recommended to buy them directly on the originating platform. This mainly applies to games on Steam, such as R6, FIFA, MW, and others. There should be a notice on the account regarding any account links.
What can I do to reduce recovery risk?
There is nothing you can do to prevent recovery if it occurs through support. Features like 2FA and account security protect the account but do not prevent recovery by the original owner.
What is 'Mail Access'?
Mail Access means you get the login credentials for the email tied to the account, allowing you to change the account details.
Where is my account delivered?
Your account will be delivered to your orders . You are automatically redirected to the order page after purchasing.
Can I buy accounts in bulk?
You can message us with your request for a bulk order.
Do you have X game?
If it doesn't appear in the game search, then no. If the game is added, it will appear automatically in the search. Newer games may not appear immediately.
Do I get the original email for 'Mail Access' accounts?
No, the account's email is changed to one of our own (except for Supercell accounts; in some cases, you may get the original email).
